Helen C. Oliver, age 95, of Janesville died Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Manor in Footville. Helen was born on November 20, 1921 in DeForest, WI the daughter of Stanley and Carrie (Vincent) Hanson. She married Kenneth A. Oliver on November 30, 1944 in Briggsville, WI. He preceded her in death on April 17, 2005. Helen was employed by Hough Manufacturing (Hufcor) for 27 ½ years retiring in August of 1979. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and the United Furniture Workers.
Surviving are one son, Darrell (Carol) Oliver of Janesville, three grandchildren, Christopher (Kristi) Oliver, Kimberly (Jeff) Hertz, Joshua Krueger, eight great-grandchildren, Brianna, Bryce, Kyle, Logan, Alyson, Emylee, Ashley and Zephen, several great-great grandchildren, two sisters, Shirley Gay and Wanda Kaufman along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Helen was preceded in death by three brothers, Gayle, Glen and Vern Hanson and three sisters, Jacqueline Brue, Joyce Phillips and Ruby Markofski as well as several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Visitation for Helen Oliver will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2017 at Faith Lutheran Church, 2116 Mineral Point Avenue, Janesville. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. Monday at the Church with Rev. Felix Malpica officiating. Burial will be in Milton Lawns Memorial Park. The family is being assisted by Henke-Clarson Funeral Home.
